A global IT solutions company, offering a comprehensive suite of services spanning learning, publishing, and technology. They provide customised learning and publishing solutions, positioning themselves as industry leaders in the integration of innovative technologies within education and content delivery.

The Ask

Our client desired a bespoke EdTech website, built from the ground up. As time was of the essence, the client required subject-matter experts from the education sector to create content – an articulation of their services into website copy and articles.

The Challenges

  • Limited information provided by the client, which meant we needed to bring our expertise and research to the forefront.
  • An extremely tight timeline for the website development with an imminent launch for 40+ individual pages.
  • Designing content in the context of international education ecosystems, especially for the complex US market.
  • Translating intricate tech talk, from Gamification to Augmented Reality, into clear and concise language.

Our Approach

  • Streamlining the project with internal structures – Before diving into writing, amidst the extensive research required, we proactively established a structured framework for each page. This not only ensured consistency in consumption and navigation for readers (publishers, schools, students) but also facilitated adherence to tight project deadlines.
  • Keeping it simple – Recognizing the potential overwhelm and alienation caused by tech-heavy content, especially within strict project parameters, we opted for simplicity. Meticulously breaking down tech solutions into easily digestible sections ensured that the content remained well-structured and accessible.
  • Research – A substantial portion of our efforts was dedicated to research. Guided by the client’s briefs, we navigated a sea of information, relying on verified research papers, articles, journals, and an analysis of competitors. We embarked on the writing phase only after ensuring the depth of our research.
